Zenovia Sadoway - Owner, B.A., B.Ed., M. Ed., CCA
The full story of how this business came to be can be found under the “Our Story” tab.
But a quick bit about me: I was an educator in BC for 10 years: as a classroom teacher, then a Special Education Department Head, then a District Department Head.
I taught for a couple of years in Saskatoon, before discovering my passion in Healthcare. This passion was discovered under dire circumstances, as my husband battled cancer.
I run this business ethically and compassionately in honour of my husband. RIP My Superman.

Givanna Freyling - Office Manager, B.A., B.Ed., PSW
I am a former teacher of 15+ years. I found myself being medical proxy and main caregiver for my elderly father and older brother. I am delighted to now have the opportunity to relieve the stress from families and provide the best care possible for their loved ones. Truly respecting and honoring clients wishes and, making life easier is highly motivating.

Bisakha Paul - Staff RN, CCA
My name is Bisakha (Bee). I am a licensed Registered Nurse, having graduated the nursing program from U of S in 2022. I have been involved in healthcare, in one capacity or another, for many years. Previously I have worked in care homes, non-profit organizations like the Neurological Wellness Association, along with being a devoted volunteer for Music for the Gut; a benefit concert that takes place near the end of summer every year for Crohn’s & Colitis Canada. I enjoy the medical field because there is always something new to learn, I enjoy helping others and I hope to one day explore travel nursing. I look forward to future opportunities that may come my way with Village Rose, including training in music therapy. When I am not working or doing my studies, I like to watch Anime’s and singing along to songs I vibe with.

Hello! My Name is Allegra. I have worked in health care since a young. my family has taught me to love and respect people and to meet them where they are.
I enjoy painting, drawing, spending time with family, and loving my two cats and dog.

Dyan Mendoza - Staff RN
I am a nurse, originally from the Phillipines.
I came to Canada in 2019 and began working in healthcare. initially as a care aide.
Through upgraded education and certification, I became a Canadian certified RN in 2023.
I have worked with Village Rose Home Healthcare since 2022.

Alyssa Chahley - Staff RN
I grew up in rural Alberta, but moved to Saskatchewan for my schooling.
I obtaining my nursing degree and became a registered RN in 2023.
I enjoy art, painting, golfing, and going on walks.
I gain so much from the people I care for with Village Rose, and continue to professionally learn more about effective home healthcare as I gain more experience.

Julia McCaskill - PSW
I was born in unity, Saskatchewan. I have lived in Saskatoon since 2012. My interests are reading and horses! I got into healthcare after seeing several family members with dementia and cancer. I want to be one of those people trying and succeeding and improving the senior healthcare system.

McKenna Schneider - PSW, Junior Supervisor
Hi! I am McKenna, and I have been volunteering in care homes since I was 6 years old.
I have so much respect for families who unite to take care of their loved ones at home or in senior residences. I want to be there to support you and your loved ones through the tougher times, so that you can enjoy the better times.

Ekaterina Cramatte - CCA, Supervisor
I am a career nurse from Russia.
I am Russian-born, but have Canadian citizenship. I am a Russian orthodox Christian.
I have two children in their teen years. I like to cook. I like to read. I have a dog.

Chanel Thinglestad - GPN
Chanel is a dedicated Graduate Psychiatric Nurse specializing in dementia care, with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through home health services. She is committed to enhancing her clients’ overall quality of life by promoting comfort, dignity, and meaningful daily functioning. When she is not nursing you will find her on the river with her kayak or hiking the mountains.

Nina Ahmed - PSW
Caring for others is one of the greatest gifts God has given me. I truly enjoy looking after people whether it’s part of my job or simply helping others in my daily life. Supporting and caring for those around me comes naturally, and it brings me purpose and joy.

Nje Whickham - CCA
Hi! My name is Njemile Wickham. I go by Nje. I am from Jamaica and moved to Canada 3 years ago. I am a 4th year nursing student studying at the University of Saskatchewan. My career interest of choice is community health. I love engaging with people and assisting with their diverse needs. This is also what makes Village Rose a great place to be. In my free time I like to watch movies and do puzzles. Most recently I enjoy learning chess and continue to practice to grow my skill

Blesson Thalappillil Payas - CCA
Hi, I am Blesson and I have been working as a CCA for three years. I enjoy caring for people and making sure they receive quality support. I am glad to be part of Village Rose and contribute to the team. In my free time I like to travel and play sports.

Valerie Ofodu - CCA
I am a nursing student with experience in continuing care and client support. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, learning through practice, and bringing compassion into every interaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy singing, journaling, exploring wellness, and growing in my faith. These parts of my life keep me grounded, motivated, and inspired to show up for others with patience and kindness.
I joined Village Rose Home Healthcare to continue developing my skills and to play a meaningful role in client-centered care.

Anand Raval - PSW, Junior Supervisor
Hi, I’m Anand. I completed my PSW certification in 2025 and have experience providing personal care, mobility support, and companionship in both home-care and retirement settings. With a background in medical reception, I bring strong communication and organization to my role. I’m passionate about helping clients feel safe, respected, and supported, and I’m grateful to be growing my skills with the Village Rose team.

Franzine Monzon - CCA, Junior Supervisor
Hello, I’m Franzine and I work as a CCA for Village Rose! I currently have a background in nursing studies and want to pivot my knowledge of healthcare in social work. I love to have one-on-one interactions with my clients as it allows me to better understand my client’s care and get to know their wellbeing: What comes with my style of care is a little bit of fun and laughter in our conversations as well! In my spare time, I love to read books, try out new restaurants to eat, and just seriously nap! I’m excited to learn and grow with Village Rose in the present and future.

Purva Khosla - CCA, Junior Supervisor
Hi my name is Purva and I am a nursing student with U of S. I love to research about different things. After my clinical practice I knew I was ready to take care of people and when I got into Village Rose, it felt like a dream come true. I am honoured to be a part of Village Rose care team!!

Olivia Heystek - PSW

Tutu Osundina - PSW, Junior Supervisor
Hi, I'm Tutu! I'm grateful for the gift of care, which has allowed me to naturally support and care for others over the years. I hold a degree in Business Management and am also a certified Personal Care Worker. My background in Home Care Administration, along with over 2 years of experience as a Care Professional, has equipped me to provide high-quality care. Outside of work and family, I enjoy watching Korean series and listening to gospel music. I'm honored to be part of the Village Rose team, where both clients and team members are valued and respected.
