Zenovia Sadoway - Owner, B.A.,  B.Ed.,  M. Ed., CCA

The full story of how this business came to be can be found under the “Our Story” tab.
But a quick bit about me: I was an educator in BC for 10 years: as a classroom teacher, then a Special Education Department Head, then a District Department Head.
I taught for a couple of years in Saskatoon, before discovering my passion in Healthcare. This passion was discovered under dire circumstances, as my husband battled cancer.
I run this business ethically and compassionately in honour of my husband. RIP My Superman.

I am a former teacher of 15+ years. I found myself being medical proxy and main caregiver for my elderly father and older brother. I am delighted to now have the opportunity to relieve the stress from families and provide the best care possible for their loved ones. Truly respecting and honoring clients wishes and, making life easier is highly motivating.

Bisakha Paul  - RN, CCA
My name is Bisakha (Bee). I am a licensed Registered Nurse, having graduated the nursing program from U of S in 2022. I have been involved in healthcare, in one capacity or another, for many years. Previously I have worked in care homes, non-profit organizations like the Neurological Wellness Association, along with being a devoted volunteer for Music for the Gut; a benefit concert that takes place near the end of summer every year for Crohn’s & Colitis Canada. I enjoy the medical field because there is always something new to learn, I enjoy helping others and I hope to one day explore travel nursing. I look forward to future opportunities that may come my way with Village Rose, including training in music therapy. When I am not working or doing my studies, I like to watch Anime’s and singing along to songs I vibe with.

I am from the Phillipines. I arrived in Canada in October of 2019 and started working as a caregiver in May of 2021.

I love working as a caregiver because it allows me to gain new knowledge by meeting a variety of people.

For fun I like doing puzzles and cross-stitching.
